We first categorise the sales process into buckets or milestones and seek best practices in each of the buckets to reach a pre-set benchmark. We align the standards with the client's business expectations and get validation. Once validated, we convert the ‘Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)’ into hardcopy or soft copy format as required by clients.

    Align
We train the target employees with the regular training, coaching and handholding sessions. We reinforce the knowledge with micro learning initiatives (Nuggets, Assessments, Quizzes). We provide regular support on ongoing queries on ‘SOPs’ during the implementation stage.

    Facilitation
We organise planned audits to check implementation status. Next step would be to check SOS implementation via Mystery Shopping and customer surveys. Gap areas will be identified and shared with clients to prepare a joint action plan. We will initiate re-facilitation activities (Training, Assessments, Coaching) in case if new changes are incorporated in the SOP documents based on the jpint action plan.
  5. T
    Transformation
At the end of the contract period or accomplishment of results, we will organise structured meetings with the clients to share results against pre-set benchmark at the time of inception of the assignment.  We take official signoff and customer feedback on the experience with ‘at-HiQ Consultancy’.

Business Process Management (BPM) consultancy focuses on enhancing business effectiveness and efficiency using the globally recognized tools and methodology. BPM deals with identifying all the processes associated with the organization, analyzing efficiency and effectiveness, identification of gaps and suggesting action plans, measuring the results over a period, and thus optimizing processes for sustainable performance.

There are two core services performed under BPM for the client. The first service is process modeling, and the second is procedure writing.

Process modelling is about conducting a detailed analysis of business process efficiency and effectiveness by using methodologies such as dashboarding and simulation. The objective is to identify gaps which are preventing organisations from achieving set goals.

Procedure/Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) writing begins when processes have been optimized and modeled. The objective is to bring innovation to the process to improve operational efficiency

There are several reasons why BPM is important for your staff, and they are as follows:

  1. 1. Decreases employee workloads for undesirable work Eliminates non-value-added activities
  2. 2. Improves employee morale/team spirit Improves internal communication between departments and groups
  3. 3. Improves use of workspace
  4. 4. Increases employee and process productivity
  5. 5. Reduces cycle time of production/process
  6. 6. Reduces process steps
  7. 7. Simplifies processes and workflow steps

BPM’s key stakeholders are team managers and team members of an organization who work within all areas of the business. Ultimately, BPM is an enterprise-level discipline that affects all areas of the organization.

Preventive management' is a term that refers to risk identification. It is the responsibility of the process expert and business subject matter expert to identify risk in a process. However, this function should also be expected of a process analyst as part of their core duties.

Business processes can only be improved to a point. But they must still be monitored to ensure they are meeting a particular level of performance. Optimization is a part of the “continuous improvement” process and is an activity that never ends. However, to find out if a process has improved, a process expert will take a measurement of a process at the beginning of their analysis and compare it to the optimized version once they’ve had the chance to consult with internal clients.
