Change management is a well thought and systematic process to bring transition or transformation is the organisation's processes, technology, objectives. This process involves identification of need for change, possible outcomes of implementing changes, Forecasting obstacles and preventive measures, periodic review of pre-set milestones.

When there is a point in an organisation where growth is stagnant or declining, the workforce is at a comfort zone or less productive, customers speak neutral about product & brand then it is the time for the organisation to look for transitional or transformational changes.

The transitional or transformational change will directly impact productivity of the workforce, customer perception about the brand and thereby improve referral sales & productivity of the organisation.

The duration to bring change in the organisation will depend on the type of changes organisation wants to bring and how the milestones are set. Normally the change implementation duration may vary between 6 months to 2 years depending on change objectives.

Change management is a complex subject and needs ownership from the top leadership team to middle managers, team leaders and till field staff. The change agent will play a critical role of coordinating with stakeholders to reach pre-set goals.

The objective setting and milestone design will be done at the inception of change management assignment. Periodic review mechanism is set to review the progress and take corrective measures to remain on track with the progress.
