'Leadership Development Program (LDP)' is a program crafted to uplift the skills of managers towards leading the team. We combine spiritual and emotional intelligence with leadership skills to equip current as well as next gen leaders to bring transformation in business and attain business objectives.

'Leadership Development Program (LDP)' is a hybrid training session where we will combine classroom sessions followed by micro learning, assessment, and virtual classroom sessions for refreshers. This way attendees will have high retention of learning and timely solution of queries which have arrived while practicing the leadership principles in the business.

We address topics such as communications, supervision, teamwork, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, accountability, time & priority management, critical thinking, transition management, effective meetings, performance reviews, and difficult conversations, among others.
