Preserved Tradition While Powering Growth in Food Business

We were blessed with a client who was running a legacy food business as a third generation. The business turnover and revenue was stagnated and they were fearing a decline in business due to fierce competition by many new big entrants in the market.


As a chief executive of a business, our client wanted to bring innovation in the business to attract new clients while maintaining the essence of legacy for the existing loyal customers.


The assignment was too exciting for us and hence we immediately accepted the challenge to transform a business to the next level as a joint partner of the leadership team.


We arrived at the problem statement after using many tools like employee interviews, customer feedbacks and online surveys. The business coaching was about bringing transformation to the thought process of the leadership team to adapt innovation and changes in business which was required at the market level.


The second objective was to make the leadership team resilient by eradicating their limiting beliefs. It was an eventful nine months where we jointly transformed limiting beliefs of the business to the core strengths of the business.

We used techniques such as suggestions, psycho tools, effective and regular reviews, and feedback to achieve the desired business results.


At the end of the financial year, revenue growth was in double digits, and sales reached all-time highs for the last ten years.
